Info for Buyers
- How and when will I receive my order?
- You'll be able to pick up your order from your campaign host roughly 10-14 days after the campaign has ended. You'll be notified exactly when it is available through email!
- Which size should I order?

- What is the return and replacement policy?
- All our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, so we offer replacement and returns on items only on that are flawed in some form. In the event, your order is defective, please send us an email at contact@projectee.co with a photograph and we'll gladly take care of your problem!
- What methods of payment do you accept?
- Currently we accept all major debit cards, credit cards and PayPal accounts.
- If I order an item, when will I be charged?
- When you place an order, you will be charged immediately. However, in the event that the campaign is not successful, we will refund your money within three business days the day the campaign ends.

- How does ProjecTee work?
- ProjecTee is a risk free fundraising platform that allows anybody to create, sell and distribute custom made products on Guam absolutely worry free. We take care of all the hard work including sourcing, inventory, printing, fulfillment and customer service so that you can focus on selling your products!
- Why use ProjecTee?
- The old way of creating a brand is actually pretty risky. Between paying for shirts, storage, design, printing and distributing up front, you could be out thousands of dollars without even knowing if products will sell. That's where ProjecTee comes in. As ProjecTee helps you broadcast your product ideas up front through product campaigns, you won't have to worry about any financial risks and can instead focus on promoting your campaigns and products!
- How does ProjecTee work?
- ProjecTee aims to provide you with a risk free platform to showcase your product and ideas by providing a platform to launch product campaigns effortlessly. Campaigns are a page hosted on ProjecTee that allows sellers to show their products to potential buyers. These campaigns typically last between 7-10 days, and during this time the seller pre-sells as many of her product as possible. The purpose of the campaign is to know exactly how many shirts to print so neither money nor shirts are wasted.
- What happens if a campaign doesn't reach its goal?
- If a campaign doesn't reach a goal then shirts aren't produced and buyers aren't charged! The entire idea behind ProjecTee is to create a risk free environment, and so even if an idea doesn't work neither buyers nor sellers have to feel the stress of losing out!
- What products do you use?
- We currently use Guam's premier dry-fit shirts brand, Altanx, for crew neck shirts and polos across 10 colors, adult and youth. However we'll be adding cotton shirts and more products soon, so check back regularly to keep updated!
